Shipping costs vary on your exact location and shipping option.

Once you place an order, allow 2-5 days for order to be processed and packaged. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, allow 3-7 days for package to arrive at your door.

We will send the tracking code of your order to the email you put down while placing your order. The email will also guide you on how to track your package.

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards so you can choose the most suitable one for you.

*All returns will be eligible for store credit only/ and or exchange. 

*You must return item(s) within 15 days of purchasing date otherwise you will not be eligible for a return. Unfortunately return costs will not be covered by Silver Sage, and are non refundable. 

*Merchandise must be in new condition. Unwashed, unworn, stain free and odor free in order to receive an exchange or store credit. If any of the above are found, we will ship item back to you without return/exchange. 

*All clearance items are final sale and do not follow the return policy guidelines.
